Finance Executive

**Duties & Responsibilities**

1. Finance Documentation:
Maintain organized records of finance documents and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

2. Customer Service and Support:
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests related to finance processes.

Provide professional and timely customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.

3. Coordination with Financial Institutions:
Maintain positive and professional relationships with financial institution contacts.

4. Finance Reporting and Analysis:
Analyze finance data and provide insights on trends, performance, and areas for improvement.

Contribute to the preparation of management presentations and reports related to finance operations.

5. Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve finance processes, documentation, and workflows.

Collaborate with the Vehicle Finance Manager and other stakeholders to implement process enhancements.

Continuously seek ways to enhance finance efficiency and customer experience.

**SKILLS Requirement**

a) Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial documentation and data.

b) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and financial institution representatives.

d) Basic understanding of finance principles, loan processes, and regulatory compliance.

e) Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

f) Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidential information.

**Education**

A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is typically preferred.

Relevant certifications or training in finance or a related area can be advantageous.

**Experience**

2 -3 years’ experience in retail finance industry.

Prior automobile industry experience desirable.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
