**Job Description: Female Customer Service Agent**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Female Customer Service Agent to join our team at a leading online travel company. In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Communicating with travel agents to assist them with inquiries about our platform
- Providing detailed information about our services and addressing their questions
- Guiding agents through the registration process and ensuring a smooth on boarding experience
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and updates in our system
- Delivering excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service (experience in the travel industry is a plus but not required)
