Job Summary:
- As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for providing top-notch customer service and managing customer relationships from booking to post-trip follow-up:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using Scripts.
- Assist customers in planning and booking trips.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Go the extra mile to convert the potential queries.
- Keep records of calls and sales on sheets and note useful information.
**Required Skills**:
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Working Days - Monday to Friday
Timings - 9:30 am to 6:00pm
Address - Plot No. 48, Tower 1, 3rd Floor, Rama Rd, Industrial Area, New Delhi, Delhi 110015
