We have an excellent opportunity for **Fleet Operator ** for a well-known company

Location - Delhi, Mahipalpur

Experience - 3-4 years experience with any Car Rental Company or Fleet Operator.
- Ensuring that company policies are followed regarding vehicle maintenance, accident prevention, fuel efficiency, and other driving practices
- Maintaining safety standards for drivers, passengers, and pedestrians
- Communicating with dispatch to ensure that drivers have accurate information about their routes
- Conducting regular safety inspections of vehicles to ensure that they are in good working order
- Establishing procedures for employee performance evaluations
- Interviewing and hiring new employees, including performing background checks as needed
- Reviewing safety reports to identify opportunities for improvement
- Training new employees on safety procedures and company policies
- Assigning routes to drivers based on traffic patterns, customer needs, and other factors
- Driver Grievance handling proactively
- Must have experience on working in Digital or Tech based back end environment.
- Closely Monitor and timely update to the management for any
- Fleet or Maintenance related issue.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
