**Job Title**: Executive MIS - Finance Coordinator

**Location**: Dadar, Mumbai

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **MIS Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain regular management reports for senior leadership, including financial performance, budget vs actuals, and variance analysis.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Work with various finance teams to gather and consolidate data for internal and external reporting requirements.
- **Data Analysis & Financial Insights**:

- Analyze financial data and identify trends, anomalies, or discrepancies to support business decisions.
- Provide actionable insights based on financial performance to aid in strategic planning and forecasting.
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets by collecting relevant data and coordinating with key stakeholders.
- **System Management**:

- Oversee and manage the finance-related MIS systems, ensuring they are up-to-date, accurate, and running smoothly.
- Work with IT and other departments to ensure proper data flow and integration between financial systems and other business units.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Continuously evaluate and improve the finance reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Recommend and implement enhancements in financial reporting tools and systems.
- **Coordination with Finance Team**:

- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate data input for financial reporting.
- Coordinate with the finance team to prepare month-end and year-end closing reports.
- **Compliance & Audit Support**:

- Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Provide necessary reports and documentation for internal and external audits.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, MIS reporting, or financial coordination.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
- Experience with financial management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial data in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
