- Inbound Call Handling: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, providing timely and accurate information about our loyalty programs, resolving queries, and escalating issues as needed.
- Outbound Call Handling: Make proactive outbound calls to registered members to promote program awareness, communicate benefits, and encourage participation
- Query Tracking and Reporting: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date query tracker in Excel, ensuring all customer interactions are documented and easily accessible.
- Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate exceptional query handling skills, call handling etiquettes, and a customer-centric approach to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in any south Indian regional language will be an added advantage.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or help desk role
- Experience working with loyalty programs or customer retention initiatives
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
