Job Title: International Voice Process Representative (Healthcare )

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Service**: Provide courteous, professional, and prompt assistance to international customers via inbound and outbound calls, Calim Management, Billing, Patient Calling & Prescription Directions.

2. **Medical Knowledge**: Demonstrate proficiency in understanding and communicating basic healthcare terminology, insurance procedures, and medical billing processes to assist customers effectively.

3. **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and escalate complex issues to higher levels of management when necessary.

4. **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to share knowledge, resolve issues, and improve overall customer service delivery.

**Qualifications**:
Education**:Bachelor's degree** in a relevant field preferred.

**Experience**: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the **healthcare industry, is advantageous**. Experience with international customer support is a plus.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with proficiency in English and any additional languages are highly desirable.

**Technical Proficiency**: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or customer service platforms.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize, build rapport, and effectively communicate with diverse customers. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.

**Working Conditions**:
This position primarily involves working in an office environment.

May require occasional flexibility in working hours to accommodate international time zones.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
