**About the Role**:
The Client Integration team takes the lead in on-boarding new clients onto Citco Technology platforms to build a foundation for the Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Company Secretarial Teams.

The Private Equity and Real Estate Fund Services group is seeking a Client Integration Supervisor to join the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) On-boarding team. This specialised team is made up of professionals who are experienced with accounting and Real Assets structures. The Supervisor will be primarily responsible for data file analysis, loading/reconciliation of data migrations, onboarding and migration files preparation. The role involves dealing with the senior management of all the organisations that interact with Citco Fund Services. The ability to clearly communicate both verbally and written is essential.

**Client Integration Supervisor** **Job Duties in Brief**:

- On-board clients to Citco’s technology systems and coach other team members
- Lead and manage data migration between internal systems, client/third party systems, process identification, review, COA mapping, and custom solutions.
- Manage Citco and client Yardi set-up, implementation and testing with internal IT, CFS & SPV’s stakeholders
- Incoming and Outgoing File Control: Incoming File Testing, Process Flow, Extract File Development / Solutions
- Coordinate with all relevant teams to ensure internal workflows will meet client needs
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure all necessary data is captured for client reporting and calculation models
- Assist in Project Manage New Business: New clients launches/conversions, Organic growth launches, Adding services, major SLA change, process improvements
- Lead and contribute to internal process improvement projects
- Draft task performance procedures and/or operational memorandum.
- Contribute to development and testing of Citco’s technology platforms
- Effectively demonstrate and communicate Citco’s workflows, best practices and technologies

**About You**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in financial services industry
- Working knowledge of SPV accounting
- Fund Accounting and IT skills a plus
- Project Management Experience (Desirable)
- Business Analysis Experience (Desirable)
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Team player who exhibits strong communication and written skills
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability of work product
- Ability to handle several projects and different stakeholders simultaneously, and prioritize work based on deadlines
