**Job Title: IT Scrum Master**
**Introduction**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate daily Scrum events and ceremonies for EADO teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Provide weekly updates on EADO PI (Program Increment) and Feature status to stakeholders.
- Partner with and support the EADO Program Manager, Product Owner, and Product Manager in their respective tasks and responsibilities.
- Facilitate quarterly PI Planning events for the EADO team to ensure strategic alignment and goal setting.
- Collaborate with the Technical Program Manager throughout the project lifecycle to lead and support team events and initiatives.
- Monitor and report on team metrics such as velocity, defect rate, predictability, and flow to drive continuous improvement.
- Support the engineering team in utilizing SAFe practices, providing guidance and expertise where needed.
- Engage with Oracle financial systems and collaborate with the Controller/Finance team as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in an IT Scrum Master role or similar position.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe.
- SAFe certification is a plus.
- Experience with Oracle financial systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and drive team collaboration.
**Tools and Technologies**:
- Proficient in Atlassian Jira for tracking and reporting on work, including the use of dashboards, timelines, project boards, and metrics.
- Skilled in using Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
- Familiarity with Atlassian Atlas for project management and reporting.
