**Profile Description**:

- Responsible to deliver process training and skills development training as needed by the business for the new hire batches
- Responsible for preparing, conducting and evaluating technical training programs.
- Write literature and material/Content to be used in programs as and when required.
- Proactively coach, mentor and counsel by providing recognition and constructive feedback for all trainees.
- Work closely with operations for the betterment of the process and productivity
- Aggressively drive Training and development initiative in the Process/Team
- Ensure quality and consistency of training along with meeting required SLA
- Take up small improvement projects/initiatives in individual capacity or in collaboration with different departments.

**Position: Process Trainer**:
**Eligibility**:

- Any Graduate/ Post Graduate with minimum 2-7 years of experience as a process trainer
- Possesses and displays excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self Motivated and Confident to take up any task with strong problem solving skills, excellent analytical skills and effective Time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management.
- Any Knowledge of or any experience in financial institution especially in broking entity will be preferred

**Shift Timings: 06:00 pm to 03:00 am**:
