Key Responsibilities
- Planning and organizing production schedules as per customer requirement and given by the

marketing department.
- Supervise production team to manage and execute production planning as per the schedule.
- Determine equipment, materials and manpower required to complete production.
- Perform root cause analysis of production nonconformities and take correction, corrective actions

and preventive actions as needed.
- Ensure that final product meets quality standards and specifications.
- Give schedule for Process Preventive maintenance of equipment’s.
- Assist in production risk assessment and ensure that team follows company policies and safety

standards.
- Handling, Storage, Preservation and Disposal of Hazardous Waste.
- Identification of Near miss, Unsafe Condition.
- Awareness of Hazard Identification Risk Assessment.
- Awareness of Identification and Assessment Environmental Aspect Impact.
- Experience in Basic Process Engineering, Safety studies HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, LOPA, QRA etc for

various process systems.
- Knowledge of Reaction like Hydrogenation, Oxidation, Grignard Reaction and Vacuum Distillation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
