**Job Brief**: Account Executive (Client Servicing)
**Experience**: 1-3 yrs exp
**_Job Description: _**
- The Account Executive is responsible for the management, strategy, and execution of client accounts.
- He/she will own the client relationship and will be responsible for long-term planning, strategic consulting, and business development.
- Liaising with and acting as the link between the client and the agency, by maintaining a regular communication channel.
- Receive, coordinate & assign existing client requests.
- Capability to write a clear creative brief with possible insights based on client inputs for creative development.
- Quality assurance including proof-reading and ensuring that all work presented to our clients meets their specifications and brand mandates.
- Tracking jobs delivery and timely approvals of budgets and preparation of invoices
- Meeting / discussing with clients to understand their requirements and communicating the same to the team.
- Working with the team to conceptualize a digital/communication campaign that meets the client's briefs.
- Managing client's social media pages (posting content, responding to queries, supervising advertising efforts, and reporting metrics) resenting campaign ideas and budgets to the client.
- Providing inputs while creating digital campaigns and strategies.
- Ensuring that communication flows effectively within the agency team working on the account.
- Refining the details of campaigns and ensuring that clients’ challenges are being addressed.
- Presenting creative work to clients for approval/modification.
- Managing budgets and campaign costs.
- Creating reports for clients (campaigns and more)
- Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns and taking necessary steps to optimize them
- Arranging and attending meetings to maintain a healthy relationship b/w client and agency.
- Creating 'pitches', along with the creative team
- Accountable for account success, delivery quality and client satisfaction
- Play the role of collaborator in the team that works on a particular account.
- You will be interacting with the client directly on daily jobs, reporting into a Group Account Manager / Account Director.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of professional experience in managing and growing client accounts
- At least 1 year of experience in working within a digital, product or creative agency
- Excellent client servicing skills, including oral and written communication
- Exceptionally strong interpersonal and client management skills
- An expert storyteller with superior presentation skills to effectively present and sell ideas to clients
- Able to understand and translate complex business challenges and consumer insights into smart digital solutions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all the teams of the agency
- Sound business acumen and negotiation skill
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
