**Position**: Purchase Co-oridinator
**Location**: Madukarai
**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000 per month
**Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years in procurement
**Industry**: Manufacturing (Automation Tools and Machines)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Handle the procurement of materials, tools, and machinery related to automation tools and machines
- Ensure timely purchase orders for required materials and equipment, maintaining quality and cost control.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and monitor supplier performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, engineering, quality) to meet procurement needs.
- Maintain inventory levels, track stock movement, and ensure availability of materials to prevent production delays.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, new products, and technologies in the automation and manufacturing sectors.
- Prepare purchase orders and track delivery schedules to ensure on-time arrivals.
- Collaborate with accounts for timely processing of invoices and payments to suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
- Assist in cost reduction efforts and supplier evaluations.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the automation tools and machine segment.
- Should know Tally ERP
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing procurement processes and supply chain management.
- Experience in handling purchase orders, vendor negotiations, and inventory management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Familiarity with procurement software/tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
