**About CollegeHai**:
**Role Overview**:
We are looking for energetic and driven individuals to join our **B2B Sales team**. This is a full-time role where you'll be connecting with colleges, training institutes, and educational service providers to introduce and sell CollegeHai’s promotional and lead generation solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make 250-300 outbound B2B calls per day to educational institutions.
- Pitch CollegeHai’s offerings and explain how it can benefit their business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with leads, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Maintain accurate call records and track performance in CRM tools.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in speaking with business decision-makers.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to handle rejection.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead tracking.
- Freshers are welcome.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
