**The Job Description**:
Study Abroad Career Counsellors are responsible for helping young people build a career in overseas colleges and universities by assessing the qualification of aspirants and helping them with the admission process to appropriate programs.

**The Job Responsibility**:

- Result-oriented detailed career counselling and regular follow-ups.
- Help students with the course options, and guide them at various stages of the admission and visa process.
- Handle B2B students’ processes.
- Go out for marketing pitches with the team.
- Ensure a higher conversion rate.
- Meet specified targets of intake and destination.
- Ensure enrolments in IELTS classes.

**The Job Requirements**:

- Graduate degree from a regular college.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken & written).
- Interest in international education.
- Knowledge of the education system and courses in overseas educational institutions.
- Preferably have experience in the study abroad field of two years or more.
- A team player.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Multitasking attitude with meeting deadlines.
