Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Summary: The CFO will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the facade company, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management. The CFO will provide financial leadership to the organization, ensuring that the company's financial resources are used efficiently and effectively to achieve its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans that support the company's strategic objectives
- Manage the accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and all applicable regulations
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and board members
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information
- Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, including the development of financial models to support decision-making
- Manage the company's cash flow, ensuring that cash is available to meet operational and strategic needs
- Identify and manage financial risks, including currency risks, interest rate risks, and credit risks
- Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations, and manage the company's relationships with tax authorities
- Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to the CEO and board of directors
- Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring that team members are motivated, engaged, and productive
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations, legislation, and industry trends, and ensure that the company remains compliant with all relevant regulations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CA qualification is mandatory
- At least 10 years of experience in financial management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior financial management role
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and other financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies and plans that support business objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage team members
- Experience in the construction industry, particularly in the facade industry, is preferred
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis and modeling software, such as Excel or SAP

Physical Demands: This position may require some travel and extended hours.

Working Conditions: This is a full-time position that may require some evening or weekend work. The CFO may be required to work in an office environment or remotely, depending on the needs of the company.
