Job Responsibilites

Report to chairman and often liaise with board members.

Prepare agenda and papers for board meetings

Ensure policies, regulatory or statutory changes that might affect the organization

are up to date and approved by committee.

Handle correspondence collect information, write report and communicate decisions.

Drive PR activities related to aspects of financial management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
