**Job Title - DBCM Control Lead**

**Location - Mumbai**

**Role Description**:
Infrastructure Finance is currently hiring for an AVP role in the Driver Based Cost Management (DBCM) team. The DBCM programmer is a Key Deliverable (KD) and mandated by the DB Group Management Board to redesign, simplify and automate DB’s business segment and legal entity allocations processes.

You will be joining a new high-profile team. Streamlined allocations process will increase infrastructure cost transparency, make Finance more efficient, enable cost management through identification of process efficiency improvements, and demand reduction opportunities.

The DBCM allocation methodology has become a critical tool for the group planning process, monthly infrastructure cost allocation bookings and for generating valuable Management Information (MI) and insights to enable the Bank to reach its ambitious cost targets. This effort is a top priority for DB Group Chief Financial Officer and has a high profile across the group.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Management & oversight of key tasks within the DBCM Control Function, working with multiple internal & external stakeholders (Group Audit, Tax, Financial Control & Oversight, etc) to enforce a robust governance framework.
- Enhance the existing DBCM Functionality to permit improved Allocation & Transfer Pricing capabilities and reduce monthly exceptions.
- Ensure the necessary DBCM Transfer Pricing requirements are fulfilled from a Regulatory, Tax, and Legal Entity perspective.
- Develop new Control Report requirements in partnership with our stakeholders, business & operational partners and manage to delivery.
- Explore the use of innovative techniques to minimize any manual processing needs, such as Alteryx, MS Access, etc.
- Ensure the respective DBCM Functions maintain robust controls, perform the necessary quality assurance at all times, and evidence the effectiveness of their operating cycles.

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Financial background: Cost/accounting/transfer pricing experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in working in a control environment, including interactions with Internal & External Audit Functions and other applicable stakeholders such as Tax, Compliance,
- Capability to develop innovative solutions using tools such as Alteryx.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skill
- Experience in handling large data sets
- Performing analytics and drawing insights from data
- Strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills; attention to detail
- Experience of stakeholder management and strong communication skills; ability to tailor approach to role and stakeholder; well-versed in conflict identification and resolution.

**Your skills and experience**
- CA / MBA (Finance) with 3-5 years of relevant work experience (Financial Services industry experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management; ability to tune approach to role and seniority of communication recipient.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to understand concepts and efficiently assess current processes and make sense of numbers.
- Strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills in order to translate business concepts/needs into clear management communication and requirements for IT implementation partners.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
