Identifying data sources and appropriate ways to analyze data
- Using specialist tools such as advance excel to present data in visual forms such as dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI can be an added advantage)
- Working with managers to establish briefs for data-related projects
- Managing projects, often using agile methodology
- Researching and testing data analysis and visualisation tools
- Training and supporting colleagues using datasets
- Reporting on data trends
- Analyze data from Google Analytics, Google Seach Console, and other web tracking tools.
- Enhance design and presentation skills to communicate data insights effectively.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the admissions CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and user access
- Customize and configure the CRM system to meet the specific needs and workflows of the university's admissions processes
- Provide training and support to admissions staff and other users of the CRM system to ensure efficient utilization and troubleshooting of system-related issues.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards from the CRM system to analyze admissions trends, track performance metrics, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Continuously assess and refine admissions processes and workflows in collaboration with stakeholders to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with admissions counselors, enrollment managers, IT professionals, and other university staff to align CRM strategies with admissions goals and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years experience preferred in CRM systems management and various dashboards such as Tableau, PowerBI, Google Analytics.
- Preferred hands on experience with systems like HubSpot, Lead squared, and Meritto (formerly No Paper Forms) - Must hold a degree in B.Tech, B.Sc. or BCA

Salary
- Upto 5.50 LPA

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
