**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (CRM, marketing, sales, and digital platforms).
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like **Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio**.
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support business growth.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and operations.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to improve decision-making.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear, data-driven manner.
- **Experience**: 6-1 years in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar roles.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of **Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools** (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
- Understanding of **digital analytics platforms** (Google Analytics, CRM tools, etc.).
- Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Experience in **Python/R** for data analysis is a plus.

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience in **IT, Digital Marketing, or SaaS analytics**.
- Knowledge of **AI tools and automation in data reporting**.
