**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:Social Media Management**:

- **Content Strategy and Creation**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with business goals and target audience preferences.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- **Brand Engagement and Growth**:

- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, partners, or brand ambassadors to increase brand visibility and reach.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and generate regular reports for management.
- Use insights from analytics to refine and enhance social media strategies and content.

**Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:

- **CRM Strategy Development**:

- Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty.
- Identify and implement CRM tools or software to manage and optimize customer data, interactions, and segmentation.
- **Customer Segmentation and Personalization**:

- Analyze customer data to segment audiences based on behaviors, demographics, and preferences.
- **Customer Feedback and Satisfaction**:

- Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and social listening to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop initiatives based on customer insights to improve brand loyalty and customer service.
- **Data Management and Analysis**:

- Maintain and organize customer data, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with data protection regulations.
- Generate CRM reports on customer engagement, retention rates, and satisfaction metrics to guide marketing strategies.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align social media and CRM strategies with broader business objectives.
- Assist with special projects, such as promotional events, product launches, or customer appreciation initiatives.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in social media management and CRM.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- **Skills**:

- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
- Analytical skills with experience in social media and CRM analytics.
- Knowledge of customer engagement techniques, customer journey mapping, and data-driven marketing.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
