**Job Role: Social Media Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and reach, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media accounts and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms, and recommend innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all social media channels.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for optimizing future campaigns.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and performance monitoring.
- Foster relationships with influencers and industry professionals to expand brand reach and drive collaborations.
- Stay informed about relevant industry news, events, and opportunities to identify potential social media campaigns and partnerships.
- Implement and maintain social media guidelines and policies for employees to ensure brand consistency and compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, showcasing successful social media campaigns and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for crafting engaging content.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, tools, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, social media analytics, and advertising techniques.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and software.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree or 12thpass is Okay.
