Boiler - Fitter

Education - ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Exp.
- 4 to 5 Years in CFBC / AFBC/ Solid Fuel boilers operations & maintenance, ESP/ Turbine/ Fuel handling system/ 60 TPH Boiler/ 5 MW Power Plant.

Job Description
- Maintenance of boiler equipment's like, ID, FD, PA fans, Motors, Gearbox
- Operation 5 maintenance of ESP, bag filter, CHP ( Coal Handling Plant)
- P M ( Preventive Maintenance) of boilers & its accessories
- Daily Oiling, greasing of all running standby equipment's
- Annual passing activities of boilers as per IBR Inspection procedure
- To Prepare the spare list of all equipment's on boiler & handover to operation head
- To do the daily, weekly & monthly P. M. of the boilers, CHP, ESP & its other equipment, Ash handling plant etc.
- To Maintain the record of P.M. consumptions etc. & Reporting as per requirement
- To follow all the safety rules
- Experience in chemical industry will advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
