Digital Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Digital Campaign Management**:
- Plan and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads) to maximize ROI and conversions.
- Monitor and report on digital marketing campaign performance using KPIs such as traffic, conversions, and engagement.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:
- Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO to improve search engine rankings.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and backlinks to drive organic traffic.
- Monitor SEO performance and suggest improvements for higher rankings and better user experience.
- **Social Media Marketing**:
- Develop and manage a content calendar for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Create, post, and monitor engaging content to grow brand followers and increase engagement.
- Track social media performance and adjust strategies based on insights and analytics.
- **Content Creation and Management**:
- Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and website pages.
- Ensure that all content is aligned with brand guidelines and delivers the intended message effectively.
- Manage subscriber lists and ensure GDPR compliance.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:
- Analyze website traffic and digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others.
- Generate detailed reports on KPIs (e.g., traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate, etc.) and present findings to management.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights to improve campaign outcomes.
- **Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization**:
- Develop strategies to capture and nurture leads through effective landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action.
- Optimize website user experience (UX) to increase conversion rates and achieve marketing objectives.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and web developers, to ensure brand consistency and effective campaign execution.
- Liaise with external agencies, vendors, or freelancers if necessary.
- **Stay Updated with Industry Trends**:
- Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Suggest and implement new marketing tools and strategies to keep the company competitive.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress or others) and basic HTML knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Facebook Blueprint.
- Experience with Digital marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Market or MailChimp.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C digital marketing.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
