Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.

**Requirements**:
Location: NCR - Gurgaon & Noida preferred, If it doesn’t work out for us then can expand the horizon.

Shift timings: 2 pm to 10:30 pm

**Qualifications Required**:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, computer science, management information systems, or related field or equivalent related experience.

Experience with digital analytics and digital marketing tools such as Adobe analytics, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ViQ etc.

3-7 years of experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization, or data mining.

Expert user of advanced analytics tools & techniques to perform analysis and interpret data - some examples are SQL, SAS, R, Python, Excel, Alteryx, etc.

Proficiency in at least one Business Intelligence tools: PowerBi, AWS QuickSight or Tableau.

Expert in analytic storytelling and presentation, including PowerPoint and other presentation tools.

Experience with Agile team structure and operations.

**Preferred**:
Knowledge of digital marketing and marketing analytics best practices - understanding key business performance metrics and KPIs

Experience working on digital data ingestion, curation for data lakes and Familiarity with Dataiku

Experience with data & analytics transformation (current state assessment, strategy development, value case, roadmap, and blueprint)

Proven experience architecting, implementing, and managing operational change.

Business Translation (identifying business problems, initiatives, use cases, data/mar-tech management (e.g., platforM/Feature development and enhancement), storytelling)

Ability to conduct regular analysis of marketing data to identify patterns to improve critical metrics at all stages of the funnel (awareness, engagement, conversion, adoptions)

Measurement Strategy - define objectives and scope analytics tasks and deliverables for all projects and clients, including the creation and improvement of multi-step eCommerce data layers across three distinct platforms.

Develop the data strategy to support customer journeys that enable optimization of multi-touch marketing programs across all forms of media (digital, social, direct, etc.)

Experimentation - Manage the end-to-end testing process for high priority use cases, including hypothesis development, KPI selection, A/B measurement and reporting.
