An Associate in the company involves supporting the planning, development, and execution of pharmaceutical projects from inception to completion.

**Core Competencies required**:

- **Project Management**: The ability to coordinate and manage pharmaceutical projects efficiently. This includes project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with pharmaceutical work flow processes across different dosage forms, clean room design, HVAC system, utilities planning and thorough understanding of regulatory guidelines (e.g., WHO cGMP, Revised Schedule-M, EuGMP, ANVISA, TGA, USFDA ). Understanding of greenfield and brownfield projects is essential.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams. Clear articulation of project requirements and updates.
- **Quality Assurance**: Knowledge of validation processes, compliance checks, and adherence to industry standards.
- **Analytical Thinking**: Problem-solving skills to address project-related challenges and optimize processes.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensuring accuracy in project documentation, layouts, and compliance.
- **Collaboration**:Ability to work well within cross-functional teams and engage with diverse stakeholders.
- **Industry Awareness**: Staying informed about pharmaceutical trends, advancements, and best practices.

Pay: From ₹180,000.00 per year
