- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff to optimize patient medication plans.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date patient medication profiles.
- Manage pharmacy inventory to ensure availability of essential medications.
- Actively participate in pharmacy-related quality enhancement initiatives and adhere to industry best practices.
- Stay updated about the latest developments in pharmaceuticals and healthcare trends.
- Uphold legal, ethical, and professional standards within the pharmacy environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their caregivers.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
- Valid state pharmacy license and registration.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceuticals, including drug interactions and dosage forms.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and colleagues.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate medication dispensing.
- Ability to work harmoniously within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Familiarity with pharmacy software and computerized systems (advantageous).
