About the Role:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Drafting & Filing: Prepare, review, and finalize a range of legal documents, including petitions, affidavits, and other legal paperwork. Ensure timely and accurate filing with the relevant courts to meet legal deadlines.

Legal Research: Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation. Stay informed about the latest legal developments and case law to provide well-informed legal advice.

Court Appearances: Represent clients in court and other legal forums. Prepare for and conduct court appearances, including making arguments and presenting evidence effectively.

Case Management: Independently manage legal cases from inception through to resolution. Develop and execute case strategies, address client queries, and ensure smooth progression of cases.

Client Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with clients. Provide timely updates, address concerns, and offer exceptional service and communication to retain clients and foster trust.

Legal Knowledge & Communication: Demonstrate extensive legal knowledge and proactive communication skills. Keep clients informed about their cases and provide clear, actionable legal advice.
