**Job Role**
We are looking for **energetic and persuasive Telecallers** to join our Collections team in Raipur. The role involves following up with customers on overdue payments, explaining repayment options, and ensuring timely collections, while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Make **100+ outbound collection calls per day** to customers with overdue EMIs.
- Educate customers about their pending dues, repayment terms, and consequences of non-payment.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, payment promises, and follow-ups in the system.
- Work closely with the Collections Supervisor to meet **daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets**.
- Send WhatsApp reminders and payment links through company’s CRM/WhatsApp API.
- Identify and escalate high-risk cases for legal or field recovery action.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and courtesy while ensuring firmness in collection efforts
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
