**Job description**

Job Title: Account Executive & Coorsondence coordinator

Holidays: UK Easter & Christmas holidays (11 days), Privilege Leave are (12 Days) Short Leave (24 Hours)

Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday and Monthly 2 Saturdays. (First Saturday is compulsory)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Invoices, credit notes, supplier statements, and all other document processing

2. Eager to learn other work and support any Ad hoc tasks

3. Preparation of Various monthly reports.

5. Coordination with the supplier regarding invoice queries, Missing invoices, and credit notes.

Job Role:
Reliable, Smart, Outgoing Personality and intelligence for Accounts Payable to join our Team. Must have excellent English language written and verbal communication skills.
