**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Make Outbound Calls**: Reach out to potential customers to inform them about products/services, answer inquiries, and follow up on leads.
- **Inbound Call Handling**: Answer inbound calls, providing relevant information and resolving queries in a professional and efficient manner.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build rapport with customers and maintain a positive relationship through regular communication and follow-ups.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly call quotas and sales targets set by management.
- **Provide Product Information**: Educate potential customers about the benefits of the product or service, answering any questions they may have.
- **Data Collection**: Gather customer feedback and insights during calls to identify trends and improve service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role (previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus).
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage with customers, address their needs, and influence decisions.
- Goal-oriented, with the ability to meet performance metrics and sales targets.
- Basic computer skills
- Strong listening skills and patience.
- Ability to handle rejection gracefully and remain motivated.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Previous experience in telesales.
- Knowledge of the industry or market you will be calling into.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
