**Requirements**:

- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Confidence and competitiveness
- Ability to take initiatives and achieve targets independently

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads by visiting markets, banks, and housing complexes
- Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Utilize various sales methods (Field Sales, Demonstration, Test Drive, cold calling, etc.)
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Attend meetings, sales events, and training sessions

Compensation:

- Sales Consultant: ₹14,000 - ₹19,000/month (Based on Experience)
- Team Leader: ₹21,000 - ₹25,500/month (Based on Experience)
- Additional benefits: PF, ESI, and attractive incentive structure
