**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing a seamless after-sales experience.
- **Service Coordination**: Schedule and coordinate vehicle services, repairs, and maintenance tasks for customers.
- **Customer Support**: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- **Technical Support**: Provide technical assistance and guidance on vehicle functionality, maintenance, and repairs.
- **Service Follow-ups**: Ensure customer satisfaction post-service and conduct follow-ups to resolve any ongoing issues or concerns.
- **Warranty Management**: Oversee warranty claims, process paperwork, and liaise with the service team for any required repairs under warranty.
- **Parts and Accessories**: Assist customers with the purchase of spare parts, accessories, and ensure parts availability.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, service logs, and warranty documents.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth handovers and continuity of customer service.
- **Training and Updates**: Stay updated with the latest vehicle models, technologies, and industry trends to provide informed advice and guidance to customers.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of work experience in after-sales service within the automobile industry.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, repairs, spare parts, and automobile technologies.
- **Customer Service**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle customer complaints and issues efficiently with a solution-oriented approach.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of attention to detail in handling customer records and service documentation.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with diagnostic tools and vehicle maintenance software is a plus.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to adapt to changing customer needs and company priorities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
