We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Telesales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key part of our sales operation, you will connect with potential customers to promote the offerings, explain the benefits, and guide them to make smart financial choices.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Outbound Calls**: To Make proactive calls to potential customers from the provided database. o Understand customer needs and present relevant financial products and services.

**2. Product Promotion**: To Clearly explain features, benefits, and unique selling propositions.
- Address customer queries and resolve objections effectively.
- Generate leads

**3. Data Management**: To Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and conversions in the CRM. Maintain an organized database to ensure seamless follow-ups.

**4. Collaboration**: To Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies. To Provide customer insights to help improve product offerings and sales scripts.

**Qualifications & Skills**

- Proven experience in telesales, or related roles (experience in financial services is a plus).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for customer success.

The work timings are 10:30am - 06:30pm 6 days a week.

This is a remote job and requires you to have - a good conditioned laptop - good speed internet - power backup

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
