**Customer Support Executive**

Brief about the company

Superplum is addressing Indian agricultures' issues by building the country’s most sophisticated supply chain for fruits and fresh produce in the country. The company is bringing together multiple skillsets:
agriculture technology, innovative software, IOT technology and hardware design to provide a ground-up solution that works for both farmers as well as consumers.

A cloud-based management system and a consumer app helps consumers directly identify where her produce came from and how. It enables shoppers to cross-check lab test reports and even the temperature the fruit was transported at as well as farm-level quality parameters.

With the only seamless modern supply chain across the country, the company makes farm-fresh cherries and lychees in Bangalore and Karnataka Badami mangoes in Delhi a reality.

With the backing of a list of well
- known investors, Superplum plans to expand pan India in a very short period.

**Location**: Greater Kailash 2,New Delhi

**Position**: Customer Support Executive

**Qualification**: Any Graduate/MBA Regular Preferred

**Experience**: 0-3 Years

The Customer Support Executive is responsible for managing customer queries and complaints. They interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage orders from B2C Shopify and coordinate with DC team for timely delivery

2. Solve customer queries and maintain customer complaint database

3. Lead generation for B2B clients (corporates, restaurants, etc)

4. Manage order and delivery database for B2C customers

5. Take feedback from B2C and B2B customers for our products

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
