Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of stock based on demand forecasts and production requirements.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Monitor and track incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying quantities and quality of goods received or dispatched.
- Ensure compliance with store operating procedures, including proper storage, handling, and labeling of materials.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to prioritize orders and expedite the delivery of materials when necessary.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics for management review.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in store operations.
- Train and supervise store staff to ensure adherence to safety guidelines and operational best practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including arranging shelves and storage areas for efficient space utilization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering industry.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in record-keeping.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
