- Facilitated trainings on grammar, presentation skills improvement, product/services knowledge,proper behavior and business etiquette.
- Catered lessons on communication and public speaking skills improvements.
- Gave seminars situated in establishing good team rapport.
- Facilitated lectures on time management.
- Conducted seminars, training's and lectures on stress and anger management.
- Facilitated training sessions and classes at training centers belonging to different genre and age group.
- Trained students in various aspects of personality development.
- Gave lectures and exercises on conversational and written English, some jargons and slang depending on states.
- Groomed the students and enhanced their physical appearances to emanate confidence and business professionalism; prepared them for professional interviews and other meetings.
- Developing and maintaining training content, presentations, and accompanying materials.

**Skills**:

- Female with exceptional communication skills and relevant experience in PD & soft skills training.
- Motivational, public speaking and training skills Personnel personality development and progress monitoring
- Enhance skills in students/employees like leadership skills, Motivation, Behavioral management, Customer Care, English speaking & communication skills, interpersonal skills, Interview skills,Self-presentation and time management, personal grooming.
- Should be young, dynamic, and able to bring substantial positive changes in the personality of the trainees and make them ready to face the professional world confidently.
- Develop training content for both online and in-person delivery
- Dealing with Special Courses like Personality Development and Interview Skills.
- Knowledge of products like Voice & Accent Neutralization: Phoneme Sounds, pronunciation, voice clarity and fluency will be beneficial.
- Taking interactive sessions on personality development.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Mohali, Punjab (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Relocate before starting work (required)
