**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and provide them with detailed information about visa services for various countries.
- Handle inbound calls and answer client inquiries effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain a record of each interaction with clients, noting inquiries, service details provided, and follow-up actions.
- Develop an understanding of company offerings and be prepared to address questions and concerns from potential clients.
- Generate and maintain leads in the CRM database, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets as set by the management.
- Provide feedback and insights on call experiences to help improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to meet company objectives.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Ability to manage and organize leads effectively.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejections gracefully.
