**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and driven US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. As a US IT Recruiter.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to better understand the IT landscape and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to recruitment and employment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of **2 years of experience** in **US IT recruitment**, demonstrating a track record of successfully sourcing and placing IT professionals.
- Proven experience with various sourcing methods, including online job boards, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
