Credit Controller

Energy Aspects currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Credit Controller to join the Finance team, based out of our Kolkata office, dedicated to supporting our Finance team.

**Duties**
- Processing and reconciliation of AR invoices
- Reducing debtors’ ‘Days Sales Outstanding’
- Respond to client issues and queries
- Monitoring debtor account balances and do bi-monthly reporting.
- Ensure timely payments are made and met, if not then follow-up calls to clients
- Maintaining accurate records/reconciliation of AR
- Preparation of client remittance/statement
- Look for way to improve debt collection processes
- Assist finance to process AP invoices and staff reimbursement claims
- Administrative support for finance teams
- Ad-hoc duties for AR/AP

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Credit Controller.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Bookkeeping experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines consistently.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies or errors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) for reporting.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper) are a plus.
