We are seeking a **Sales Associate** who will be primarily responsible for driving high-ticket sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to overall growth. The role also involves collaborating with the team on marketing strategies, presentations, and sales initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive **high-ticket sales** through consultative selling and relationship building.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase footfall and customer engagement.
- Assist in creating and delivering **sales presentations** to potential clients/partners.
- Work closely with marketing to design effective promotional campaigns.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong customer pipeline.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to ensure successful conversions.
- Support management with reports, updates, and insights on sales performance.
- Represent the brand professionally and uphold strong client relationships.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory).
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle **high-value client interactions** confidently.
- Creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and open to working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,651.93 per month
