Counter Sales Executive

The Counter Sales Executive plays a crucial role in promoting and selling products or services directly to customers at retail or wholesale outlets. They serve as the face of the company, assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, and processing sales transactions efficiently. The Counter Sales Executive contributes significantly to achieving sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers warmly, understanding their needs, and providing them with professional and helpful assistance.
- Answering product-related questions and offering recommendations to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Acquiring in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered by the company. Keeping up-to-date with the latest features, benefits, and technical specifications to provide accurate information to customers.
- Actively engaging customers to promote products and services. Demonstrating persuasive selling skills to encourage customers to make purchases. Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase sales revenue.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the products or services being offered.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customers simultaneously.
- A positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
