**Job Title: KYC & Back Office Executive - Financial Services**
- **Department**: Finance
- **Location**: Golf Course Extension Road, Sector 66, Gurgaon
- **Salary Range**: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month
- **Job Level**: Permanent
- **Start Date**: Immediate

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **KYC verification** and documentation of customers as per regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Maintain and update accurate records in the internal systems and databases.
- Handle **back-office operations**, including data entry, account management, and verification of client information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or incomplete documentation.
- Ensure compliance with **RBI, SEBI, and other regulatory authorities** regarding customer onboarding.
- Assist in preparing and submitting daily/weekly reports related to KYC and operations.
- Provide support to finance and operations teams for smooth execution of processes.

**Key Requirements**:

- Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce, Finance, or related fields).
- **1-3 years** of experience in **KYC verification, back-office, or operations** in banking, NBFC, or FinTech organization.
- Knowledge of **financial products, KYC norms, and compliance guidelines**.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work with confidential information.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data management tools.
