We are in search of a highly skilled Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team. As a CA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial integrity and compliance within our organization.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Chartered Accountant (CA) pass.
- 1 Year Experience in accounting and finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage the financial operations of the organization.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Review and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Manage the accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide financial guidance and support to management.
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
