Job Summary:

An experienced Accountant is required to handle the company's financial records, ensure accuracy in bookkeeping, assist in tax compliance, and support management in financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate accounting records and financial statements.
  • Perform account reconciliations for bank accounts, customer accounts, and supplier accounts.
  • Prepare and file GST returns and maintain tax compliance.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities.
  • Generate financial reports (profit & loss statements, balance sheets).
  • Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Liaise with auditors during internal and external audits.
  • Monitor cash flow and provide regular updates to management.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to financial reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems).
  • Strong knowledge of GST and tax compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
