**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**. Language**:Telugu, English
- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products/services, promotional offers, and company updates.
- **Inbound Calls**: Handle incoming calls from customers, answer queries, provide information, and resolve any issues or complaints.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions.
- **Data Management**: Accurately update and maintain customer databases, ensuring all information is current and correct.
- **Sales Support**: Identify sales opportunities during calls and convert potential leads into customers by effectively presenting the product/service benefits.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from customers to understand their experiences and suggest improvements to the management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
