**Position Overview**:
**Role and responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to introduce products and generate leads.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up effectively.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing details.
- Handle customer inquiries and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Meet daily/weekly calls and conversion targets.
- Work closely with the Senior Sales Executive and sales team to optimize conversions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in telesales/customer service is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to engage clients, handle objections, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of the AEC industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
