
Client Relationship Executive

**Job description**
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Maintain and update records of client interactions and issue resolutions.
- Provide regular updates to clients on shipment statuses, delays, or operational challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze client feedback and work with internal teams to improve service quality.
- Prepare reports and data analysis using Excel to track client issues and resolutions.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Excellent English communication skills** (written & verbal).
- **Proficiency in MS Excel** (data entry, reporting, basic formulas).
- Ability to **handle multiple clients** simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage client expectations effectively.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹10,518.18 - ₹30,000.00 per month
