**Insurance Verification**:

- Verify patient insurance coverage through various channels, including online portals and direct communication with insurance providers.
- Review insurance policy details, including coverage limits, deductibles, copayments, and preauthorization requirements.
- **Eligibility Determination**:

- Assess patient eligibility for healthcare services based on insurance coverage and plan specifications.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve any eligibility discrepancies or issues.
- **Billing Support**:

- Ensure accurate and timely billing processes by verifying insurance information and confirming coverage details.
- Collaborate with billing department to reconcile any discrepancies and address billing inquiries from patients and insurance providers.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain detailed records of insurance verification and eligibility determination processes.
- Update patient records with accurate insurance information and eligibility status.
- **Compliance and Regulations**:

- Stay informed about current healthcare insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and other privacy regulations when handling patient information.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives.
- Address inquiries and concerns regarding insurance coverage and eligibility in a professional and courteous manner.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
