**Job Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Communicate regularly with the parents of students to update them on their child's academic performance and overall well-being at the school.
- Serve as a representative of the school during home visits or parent meetings, ensuring a positive relationship with parents. Occasionally deliver small gifts or tokens of appreciation to parents from the school.
- Actively promote the school at the community level, identifying new opportunities to increase enrolment and awareness.
- Develop a strong network within local communities, including interactions with prospective parents and stakeholders.
- Organize and participate in events, exhibitions, or local fairs to showcase the school’s strengths and offerings.
- Provide feedback to the school administration regarding parental concerns, suggestions, and overall reception of marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with the school management team to ensure clear communication and smooth execution of field activities.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 years in Marketing experience, preferably in an educational or community setting.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with families and communities.
- Ability to work independently and travel within local communities.
- Strong communication skills in **English, Hindi and Kannada** (both spoken and written).
